Denver, CO - September 11, 2006 - At this year’s CEDIA Expo, Audio Design Associates (ADA) -- the recognized brand of excellence in high-end custom installed electronics – announced the introduction of the HDM-1 HD Radio Tuner Module for use in its family of tuners and multi-room receivers.

In design for nearly two-years, ADA just began shipping the HDM-1 HD Radio Tuner Module. It is available as a single-module black-box chassis (TSS-1) at an MSRP of $999 or sold separately as a module for an MSRP of $600.

The HD Radio Tuner Module is also made available as part of ADA’s two- and four- tuner component tuners, namely the Duo Tuner ($1,999 MSRP) and Tune Suite ($2,999 MSRP) respectively. (At these prices, each tuner package comes with an analog AM/FM and choice of one $600 premium tuner: XM, Sirius or HD Radio.)

The HD Radio Tuner is also an option for ADA’s popular selling Suite 8100 Multi-Room Receiver and HTR-2400 Home & Theater AV Receiver. According to COO and VP Richard Stoerger, ADA’s HD Radio is ideally matched with the company’s Suite-16 and Suite 8x8 Multi-Room systems.

Stoerger says, "HD Radio is the future of American radio and best of all, most major broadcasters are already providing HD transmissions so early adopters really do have something new to listen to. ADA is the first to begin shipping an integration friendly HD Radio tuner and among the first few companies in the world to bring this technology to the American consumer."
