TRIAD SPEAKERS, INC. TIES FOR BEST CUSTOM INSTALLATION COMPANY AS REPORTED IN THE 2006 INSIDE TRACK ANNUAL SUPPLIER LOYALTY TEST
Receives Inside Track Partnership Oscar Award, Signifying Best Overall in Group
January 5, 2006 – Las Vegas, NV – Custom loudspeaker solution manufacturer Triad Speakers, Inc., proudly announced today the company tied for Best Custom Installation Company as reported in the 2006 Inside Track Annual Supplier Loyalty Test, the results of which were published beginning December 13, 2005.
The Inside Track Supplier Loyalty Test is an annual, independent nationwide survey of consumer electronics specialist retailers and custom installers. This year the participants of the survey consisted of 269 home audio/video and/or hybrid retailer/custom installation companies in 45 US states, Puerto Rico and Canada. Evaluated were a total of 102 companies that serve the CEDIA marketplace, consisting of electronics, loudspeaker, video screen, theater seating, wire & cable and car audio manufacturers/vendors.
According to Inside Track Editor & General Manager Gisela Schoell, in its group of 16 custom installation companies, Triad finished in the top-tier of nearly every category, ranking #1 in product reliability, obtainable profit margins, technical support, ease-of-doing-business and distribution policies; #2 in product performance, innovative products, appropriate product assortment, price protection and quality of sales reps; #3 in resolution of service issues; #4 in ease-of-installation/use and specialist business programs; #5 in just-in-time-delivery and #7 in brand name recognition.
Schoell says, “Since 1985, the Inside Track Supplier Loyalty Test survey has given independent specialist retailers and custom integrators the opportunity to grade the vendors whose lines they carry along 15 parameters that are important to a partnership-based business. Within each of the 8 groups one vendor or, as in this case, two vendors, finish at the very pinnacle overall and are rewarded with the Inside Track Partnership Oscar, a many-faceted crystal that represents the many aspects a vendor must excel in to achieve Best Overall in his group.”
Schoell continued, “I visited Triad personally in the summer of 2002 and was very impressed by this exceptionally well-run “jewel” of a company. Triad has competed very competently in the speaker group of our survey for years. Their request to be placed in the Custom Installation Group is entirely warranted, however, because not only are they able to build truly one-of-a-kind custom solutions quickly and at a reasonable cost, their orientation is totally to the custom installer, and they truly strive to build strong partnerships with their dealers.”
Triad Speakers, Inc. President Larry Pexton says, “We indeed view our dealers as partners and make every effort to provide them with the very best possible loudspeaker products, programs and customer service solutions. We are extremely appreciative of their recognition and continued support.”
Pexton continued, “Additionally, it is important to acknowledge the outstanding efforts of our entire Triad team, whose command of the CEDIA marketplace and relentless pursuit in constantly improving all aspects of our business -- from manufacturing through to delivery processes -- continues to be a driving factor for our success.”
