TRIAD DEBUTS INCEILING GOLD/8 MINIMONITOR LOUDSPEAKERS
Full-range In-ceiling Speaker Solution For Stereo and Home Theater Applications
September 9, 2004 – Indianapolis, IN – Custom loudspeaker solution manufacturer Triad Speakers, Inc., today announced the introduction of the InCeiling Gold/8 MiniMonitor high-end ceiling speaker.
Triad’s finest full-range ceiling solution, the InCeiling Gold/8 MiniMonitor is ideal for both stereo or home theater use, and was designed for both existing and new construction applications. It features a small footprint and an angled baffle that directs the sound through a flush Acoustimesh™ grill.
Triad Speakers Director of Sales and Marketing Paul Scarpelli states, “For years audiophiles have snubbed their noses at in-ceiling loudspeakers because so many manufacturers have passed off inexpensive open-back car speaker designs. This is a substantial offering, with drivers appropriate for a $5,000 loudspeaker.”
Triad’s InCeiling Gold/8 MiniMonitor utilizes a rigid, inert, sealed enclosure that provides consistently high quality sound with bass response extending below 50 Hz. It was designed to please even the most discerning audio enthusiast.
“The proprietary sealed enclosure ensures that our InCeiling designs will have consistent sound from room to room. Custom integrators will be able to confidently recommend Triad InCeiling loudspeakers for all in-ceiling applications, from condos to mansions and everything in between,” added Scarpelli.
“Custom integrators won’t get complaints from homeowners about sound bleeding into adjacent rooms or floors, either. With the Triad InCeiling Gold/8 MiniMonitor, the great sound stays in the room for which it was intended.”
An additional benefit of Triad’s InCeiling sealed enclosure is protection of the drivers and crossover components from moisture, dust, and settling construction materials, as well as the protection of a 10-year limited warranty.
The Triad InCeiling Gold/8 MiniMonitor is shipping now. MSRP is $1,900 per speaker.
