IHIJI SETS THE STAGE TO WOW CEDIA EXPO ATTENDEES
Cloud-based Electronic Systems Monitoring Solution invision Nominated for Several Awards; Company Showcases New Features and Provides In-depth Dealer Training Sessions at the Show
Austin, TX – ihiji (pronounced "eye-he-gee") continues to gain momentum with their cloud-based electronic systems monitoring solution invision. Having completed a summer-long US tour teaching integrators how to get into - and profit from - the service contract category, the company now takes its much sought after curriculum to the 2010 CEDIA Expo.
invision
invision is a simple to use yet robust remote systems monitoring and servicing solution which enables integrators to proactively – and remotely - manage client system performance. invision does not require any additional servers or expensive licensing fees. invision provides a way for RESCs to curtail service call profit loss by instead creating a new-era profit-centric service model, thereby producing a healthy, predictable, and profitable stream of recurring revenue.
New invision Features
ihiji will unveil robust two-way communication, providing real-time remote systems restart, reboot and repair. This grants integrators the ability to troubleshoot and remotely repair common field problems real-time, such as rebooting control processors or triggering remote power outlet reboots on IP-addressable power units directly within the invision interface, eliminating potentially costly service calls. Integration modules are now available for AMX, Crestron, Control4 and Panamax/Furman, with many more on the way. Improved smart-phone functionality enables integrators to access and update client systems alerts directly from their handset, enabling faster response times.
Award Recognition
invision has been named a Finalist in both the CEDIA Manufacturers’ Excellence Awards’ Best New Product Award category and the CEPro Magazine BEST Awards.
Dealer Trainings at the Expo
At the Expo, ihiji Technical Operations VP Michael Maniscalco will join moderator Michael Heiss as a panelist during the session titled “Future of Entertainment: Cloud Computing/Over The Top (OTT)”, which is scheduled for Thursday, September 23rd from 11:00 – 1:00 EDT in the Technology Pavilion. Webinars will be offered for those not attending CEDIA; dates will be determined after the Expo and more information can be requested by Email to info@ihiji.com.
