82% of Dealers Surveyed Strongly Agree on Need for Less Expensive Equipment Racks

The company surveyed its dealers, asking them about the benefits that racks bring to their businesses. More than 75% of the dealers strongly agreed that the use of an equipment rack increases their customers’ satisfaction with their work; helped to simplify their operations and helped to differentiate them from less professional competition.
The company found that 82% of the dealers surveyed strongly agreed that they needed a less expensive alternative for the racks being offered in the market today, yet only 26% indicated that they frequently included a rack in an installation.
