TRIAD SPEAKERS, INC. APPOINTED U.S. DISTRIBUTOR OF DANISH AUDIO SPECIALIST LYNGDORF AUDIO

March 19, 2007 – Portland, OR – Custom loudspeaker solution manufacturer Triad Speakers, Inc., announced today that they have been granted the exclusive rights to distribute Lyngdorf Audio products in the U.S.

Lyngdorf Audio -- founded in 2005 by hi-fi industry veteran Peter Lyngdorf -- is a world leader in high-performance audio technologies. Lyngdorf’s RoomPerfect™ is a Digital Signal Processing-based (DSP) room correction system that has revolutionized the audio industry with its ability to vastly improve audio performance by digitally correcting room-caused anomalies that would otherwise hinder sound quality.

The RoomPerfect DSP-based 2.2-channel digital room correction system is available either as a stand-alone processor, in a digital pre-amp or as an option in the company’s integrated amplifier. Additionally available is a premium line-up encompassing fully- and semi-digital amplifiers, an outboard analog-to-digital (A/D) converter, a CD player / transport and loudspeakers.

Triad Speakers’ Founder and President Larry Pexton says, “I am extremely pleased that Triad has been chosen as the vehicle to launch Lyngdorf Audio in the U.S. So impressive are the Lyngdorf products that many employees within the Triad organization have already purchased components for their own homes!”

Triad Speakers’ Product Specialist Steve Colburn is managing the Lyngdorf distribution effort from the company’s Portland, Oregon headquarters. Colburn says, “Initially the Lyngdorf products will be offered to a limited number of U.S. dealers; a select group with the desire to bring state-of-the-art stereo performance to those listening rooms that suffer from real-world acoustic challenges. In doing so, Triad furthers its tradition of offering the industry’s best and broadest assortment of applications-based audio solutions.”

Of the venture, Lyngdorf Audio Chief Marketing Officer Michael Nielsen says, “We are extremely pleased to have been able to appoint Triad Speakers as our U.S. distributor. Triad has the necessary credentials, reputation and technical expertise to correctly convey Lyngdorf’s brand values. We also share very similar philosophies. Lyngdorf couldn’t have asked for a better, more motivated partner in the U.S.”

RoomPerfect™
The RoomPerfect technology is available in three products. The RoomPerfect RP-1 stand-alone processor, at $4,000 MSRP, is designed to integrate with any component-based stereo system. RoomPerfect is available built into the company’s DPA-1 Digital Preamplifier for $5,500 MSRP. It is also available in the TDAI 2200 fully digital integrated amplifier for $7,500 MSRP, which Triad anticipates will account for the majority of RoomPerfect sales in the U.S. in 2007.

Fully Digital Amplifiers
Lyngdorf delivers fully digital amplification technology (in which volume control is performed in the power supply) in the reference standard Millennium Mk IV Amplifier (2 x 150 watts per channel @ 8 ohms; 2 x 300 watts per channel @ 4 ohms) for $15,000 MSRP and the TDAI 2200 Integrated Amplifier (2 X 200 watts per channel @ 8 ohms; 375 watts per channel @ 4 ohms), which ranges in price from $4,500 to $7,500 MSRP depending on options ordered.

Millennium ADC is designed for use with conventional pre-amps and equipped with two of the best audio converters, which run in dual-mono mode.

CD Player / Transport

As a transport, its digital output can be delivered in 24-bit resolution to a user selectable sampling rate up to 192 kHz with extremely low jitter. The analog section is up-sampled in a parallel process to 96 kHz with very low noise.
