STEVE COLBURN JOINS TRIAD SPEAKERS AS MANAGER OF DEALER SUPPORT
PORTLAND, OR, October 10, 2005 – Triad Speakers, Inc., the custom loudspeaker manufacturer recognized for its award-winning high-performance residential loudspeaker solutions, today announced the appointment of Steve Colburn as Manager of Dealer Support. In this role, Colburn will spearhead all aspects of the company’s in-house support, including implementing more efficient customer service and order-entry systems, as well as improving interdepartmental communications among service, production, engineering, and administrative staffs. A founding member of both CEDIA and the Home Automation Association, Mr. Colburn has more than twenty-five years experience in the home theater marketplace. Most recently he was Director of Sales and New Technologies for the Texas Integrated Systems Audio Connections Division of Texeleco Inc. Prior to that, he founded and successfully built-up several high-end retail /custom installation businesses located in the Austin, Texas area. Author of the home theater manual “A Client-Centered Approach To Sales,” Colburn also hosted “Sound Advice,” a weekly TV program about high-end home entertainment that aired on The Texas Cable Network.
