TRIAD DEBUTS MINI LCRS IN INROOM, INWALL AND INCEILING VERSIONS
September 9, 2005, Indianapolis, IN –Triad Speakers, Inc., the custom loudspeaker manufacturer recognized for their award-winning high-performance residential loudspeaker solutions, today debuted their new line-up of Mini LCRs available in InRoom, InWall and InCeiling versions. Designed for both existing and new construction applications, the new Triad Speakers Mini LCRs are comprised of 2-way loudspeaker systems consisting of silk dome tweeters and 4.5-inch Kevlar carbon fiber cone drivers. Each version of the Mini LCR -- whether InRoom, InWall or InCeiling -- sounds the same, as each model shares identical internal cabinet volume, driver and crossover components. As with all Triad Speakers products, the InWall and InCeiling models incorporate a sealed-enclosure to prevent sound from “bleeding through” to adjacent floors in the home, making them ideal for all whole-house audio and home theater applications. In addition, Triad’s innovative sealed-enclosure design protects the drivers and crossover components from moisture, dust and settling construction materials. Triad Speakers Director of Sales and Marketing Paul Scarpelli says, “Quite often integrators turn to our engineers to design a custom-built, high-quality loudspeaker solution that can accommodate an unusually tight space in their client’s home. The requests became so frequent that we developed this new line of Mini LCRs to better arm our dealers with solutions for virtually any tight-fitting application -- from kitchen, to bathroom, to home theater.” As with all Triad Speakers products, the new Mini LCRs are backed by a 10-year limited warranty. The Triad InRoom Mini LCR, InWall Mini LCR and InCeiling Mini LCR begin shipping in Fall 2005, with manufacturer’s suggested retail pricing at $450, $500 and $600 per speaker, respectively.
